In addition to the specific situations discussed elsewhere in this Statement, we may disclose
personal information in the following situations:
1. Affiliates and Acquisitions. We may share information with our corporate affiliates (g.,
parent company, sister companies, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies
under common control). If another company acquires, or plans to acquire, our company,
business, or our assets, we will also share information with that company, including at
the negotiation stage.

Tracking User Behavior
Alpha Trading may track and record the websites and pages our users visit within Alpha
Trading, in order to determine what Alpha Trading services are the most popular. This data is
used to deliver customized content and advertising within Alpha Trading to customers whose
behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
Automatically Collected Information
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by
Alpha Trading. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names,
access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the
service, to maintain the quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of
the Site.
Use of Cookies
The Site may use “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text
file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run

surveys, and/or other general communication. If you would like to stop receiving
marketing or promotional communications via email from Alpha Trading, you may opt out
of such communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button found at the bottom of
each email.
8. Revocation of Consent. Where we process your personal information based upon
consent, you may revoke consent. Please note, if you revoke your consent for the
processing of personal information then we may no longer be able to provide you with
the Services.
To exercise any of your rights, you may email us at

agent to submit an opt out request, you must provide the agent with signed written permission

of detecting fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, or criminal behavior or any violations of our

● California Sensitive Information Disclosure. We collect the following categories of
sensitive personal information (as defined under California law): your biometric data.
This information is collected to process transactions, comply with laws, manage our
business, or provide you with services. Note that we do not use such information for any
purposes that are not identified within the California Privacy Rights Act Section
1798.121. We do not “sell” or “share” sensitive personal information for purposes of
cross-context behavioral advertising.
